Booking Terms for Sharespace Coworking
Booking Process
To reserve a desk or workspace at Sharespace Coworking, bookings must be made by direct communication with our team. All bookings are subject to availability.
Upon booking, clients must provide complete details, including preferred dates and any special equipment or desk requirements.
A full payment for the reserved period is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
Reservation Confirmation
A confirmed booking means that Sharespace Coworking has reserved your desk space and any requested equipment (such as monitors or furniture) for the specified dates.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required upfront at the time of booking, and will be charged in full to the provided payment method.
Sharespace Coworking accepts the following payment methods: bank transfers or cash payment
Payments made are non-refundable. Please ensure the dates and space requested meet your needs before confirming your booking.
Modification of Booking
If you need to modify your reservation (e.g., changing dates or desk preferences), please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your changes based on availability. However, modifications are subject to availability and may result in a change in the total payment amount.
If you wish to extend your stay beyond the original booking period, additional charges may apply. Please confirm availability and make payment before your current reservation ends.
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the reserved start date will receive a credit for future use at Sharespace Coworking, valid for 12 month.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the reserved start date will not be refunded or credited.
If you have requested special equipment (e.g., a specific monitor or desk setup), please note that the cost of any customized equipment purchased specifically for your reservation is non-refundable.
Transfer of Reservation
If you are unable to use your reserved space, you may transfer your booking to a colleague or friend. Please notify us in advance with the name and details of the person transferring into your reservation.
Transfer requests must be made at least 24 hours before the reserved start date.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your reserved space without prior notice, you will be charged for the full booking period. We encourage you to inform us if you are unable to attend so we can offer alternative solutions.
